Your business, not a list of keywords.

Tell us what you do once. Spend your mornings pricing work, not hunting for it.

From notice to specifications

Open the bid. Read the documents.

Stored PDFs open right in Crierbase. Zoom in on the details, jump to a page, select text or download a copy for your estimator.

Less portal hopping.

Keep the notice and its attachments in one place. Read a specification in the full-screen PDF viewer without being sent to a different portal for every file.

Available for documents we have downloaded. Some notices are listing-only; missing attachments are marked “Not downloaded yet.” Original agency links are included so you can verify the latest requirements.

Coverage, plainly

Across Georgia. Not every portal.

Choose your service area from Georgia’s 159 counties and your work from 41 trade categories. Those are matching options, not a promise of complete coverage.

Georgia Procurement Registry
State and local notices published to GPR, including agency and school district postings.
SAM.gov
Federal opportunities with a Georgia place of performance. Federal attachments are not currently collected.
OpenGov, Bonfire & CivicPlus
Selected county, city and school district portals. Bonfire coverage is listing-only; full details may require the agency portal.

Local sources include Chatham, Forsyth, Paulding, Columbia and Hall county portals, plus school districts such as Cobb and Cherokee. Coverage varies by agency and by the documents available on its portal.

Known gaps: the custom purchasing portals for Gwinnett County, the City of Atlanta and Fulton County are not covered. A notice cross-posted to a covered source may still appear. Do not use Crierbase as your only source for those agencies.

Before you start

Fair questions.

Do I need a website?

No. A website gives us a head start on your profile, but you can describe your business and pick your trades and area yourself. You review the draft before matching starts.

How do you decide which bids fit?

Your confirmed profile describes your work, service area, job size and certifications. We compare notices with that profile and show why a bid fits. Matching is a starting point, not a guarantee of eligibility; check the original requirements before bidding.

When will I get an email?

Strong new matches are sent individually. Possible matches and nearby opportunities go into a daily digest. Delivery depends on new notices and your profile; we cannot promise a particular number of bids.

Is this every public bid in Georgia?

No. We collect GPR, Georgia federal opportunities on SAM.gov and selected local portals. Gwinnett County, City of Atlanta and Fulton County custom portals are not covered. Some sources offer listings only, and some attachments are unavailable.

Will the free trial charge my card?

No credit card is required for the 14-day trial. Nothing is charged unless you choose a paid subscription. Full alerts pause if you do not subscribe; occasional limited previews may follow, and you can unsubscribe.

Do I submit my bid through Crierbase?

No. Crierbase helps you find and read opportunities. Submit your response through the issuing agency’s process, and verify deadlines, addenda, registration and eligibility with that agency.

Another question? Talk to support.

Your next bid shouldn’t be a lucky find.
